@turbopiki is it not playable at that frame rate? Your current hardware is pretty outdated although a couple forum members are still running dual cores etc.

You can run a better GPU on the CPU. That'd help a lot.

if it would be constant 50fps on spliter cell it would be fine to play but its not fps keep bouncing up and down so it lags but thats not my problem i want to know what could be the cause of sudden fps drop as i said before 2 days ago i playd on 60fps and now on same setting 10-15 fps lower

If you are concerned maybe the time has come to buy a more power graphics card, if you're playing between 720p up to 1080p I'd get a 650 ti possibly or 660 ti.

C2D FTW :P

And yeah, 45-50 FPS isn't exactly suffering. That's a good day on my PC, because my CPU is such a bottleneck :(

Old hardware. I'm sorry for not giving what you wanted however I think it's pretty clear now that I've stated it.

@turbopiki The GTX 260 was during 2008 and 2009. It's been 5-6 years, it's not like hardware doesn't degrade and games don't require more gpu + cpu horse power.

I'm sorry for being very annoyed or rude but these are the facts.
