I am making a computer for my sister and her 4 kids. She says that it'll only be for the kids school work, however I want to make sure they don't look up any type of porn on "accident". I know kids their age are always gonna be curious about the internet. And can't seem to find any type of program for it. Anyone got any good programs I can get for them? Any help is appreciated.

Parental controls are gonna be a mixture of layers.  especially for PC.

One is using a DNS that filters that naughty stuff like Open DNS for free for families

https://www.opendns.com/home-internet-security/

Then create a Kid account via windows which is easy to setup. To time them, set more parental controls etc.  I heard the website blocking can be tedious but you can ignore that and just use the open DNS, for filtering.

Then of course. With a kid account/Primary/Parent account. The parent has control of what the kid installs, and then protects the PC. Of course the parent has to be diligent in making sure the password doesn't leak etc.
