Help to build new PC

Budget (including currency): 10,000 (AUD) (including all peripherals)

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: office work, cyberpunk, rdr2, Fortnite.

Other details

I have a Razer laptop which I've had since uni but wanted to build a PC. I've never done it before so I'm a bit unsure. Wanted to play games at at least 1440p 240hz or 4k. Any adjustments to cut price without sacrificing performance and if there's anything I ca buy for more performance. Also, I'm not sure what monitor I should get. Will 1000W PSU be enough? and finally should I get noctua case fans. for keyboard I was thinking of the lemonkey L1 but I'm open for any other options! Thanks!

The i9-14900K really needs a 360 or larger AIO for optimal performance.

New CPU coolers come with thermal compound. There is usually no reason to buy more.

The motherboard is excessive.

The memory kit is intended for AMD CPU.
