Good evening everybody, I have been having various problems with my PC and different games, (OW2, WoW, WoW Classic, Phasmophobia) and Google Chrome all crashing while primarily giving Access_Violation errors.
Prior, I was experiencing this issues alongside issues with my CPU heating to 100c and throttling, causing games to crash to desktop or stating that the GPU drivers have crashed.

As it stands now I have undervolted my CPU and limited the PL1 and PL2 wattage to 200W which seems to have successfully stopped the thermal throttling issue. Under load and in games my CPU hasn't gone past 82c while playing games, and around 90c while running Cinebench.

I also had tried changing XMP1 profile to auto default setting and it did not seem to make a difference.

The crashes seem to be pretty inconsistent, sometimes it will happen shortly after launching games, or I could be playing several games of OW2 before it crashes.

When looking at Event Viewer I see a mix of Access_Violation errors

or faulting module application errors, which I believe could have been happening when my CPU was throttling.

I also see DCOM errors with the crashes pretty often with the Windows Gamebar:
The server Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter did not register with DCOM within the required timeout. https://gyazo.com/1788f6ec71a60d61aa53b6a95ba4cfac

I am unsure where to go from here in terms of troubleshooting to solve the issue. In OCCT 12.1.18, memory tests seem to be fine, but sometimes the CPU tests show only five or so errors for physical cores.

If there is anything anyone could suggest to pinpoint what the issue is, I would gladly do it as I have been having this issue for months now. I'm not someone who is super familiar with anything pertaining to overclocking, underclocking, or PC builds in general, but if anyone could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
