What's your CPU? LT720 WH isn't bad Deepcool LT720 WH 85.85 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler (R-LT720-WHAMNF-G-1) - PCPartPicker

The thermalright/thermaltake AIOs are not great quality so steer clear of those (fans are quite noisy, pumps too)

However, I haven't seen many complaints about Enermax so they could be a nice one to go for

Message me on discord (bread8669) for more help

I'll use the AIO for a R9 7900X.

Workload? LT720 WH would be my pick, Or the LS720 from deepcool if you want RGB

For an air cooler the thermalright PA120SE White ARGB will do about 5 degrees worse on average but it is about a third of the price

I'm not really a fan of the looks of the waterblocks of the LT720 and the LS720. Do you have any other recommendations?

I have an air cooler right now. I don't mind the look, but for a new build, I'd like to try an AIO for the first time, never had one before. Also, one other thing that just came to my mind: I have 3 white Corsair LL 120 Fans in my PC right now, and I could probably use them in the new PC. Do you think I could use those 3 fans for the AIO? Or are there issues with these fans for AIOs?

you definitely could, but their CFM is really quite low, even at high RPMs (I've got an LL120 and it's horrific for airflow, only thing it's good for is RGB)

there won't be any issues with it, no

So would the temperatures be bad with those fans? If I won't use the LL fans for the radiator, the only other place I'd use one of them is would be for exhaust. I don't want to put them at the front of the case (H6 Flow), since they are kinda ugly on the back. Re-using them would be saving money, but if it means bad CPU/Radiator temperatures, I might not.

The Galahad Trinity looked nice. Some other AIOs where I liked the waterblock look, are the Deepcool LE720, Corsair iCUE H150i ELITE RGB, Corsair iCUE Link AIO, but generally I like it when it's more white than black and some RGB.

Unfortunately that's around $140 on Amazon US which isn't a horrible price but there are AIOs cheaper and $140 isn't exactly cheap, though that can be subjective

that's about $190

I'd say reuse them for the exhaust since they look good and won't be affecting much at the back, maybe some good exhaust of hot air

What about this? ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III A-RGB 48.82 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler (ACFRE00152A) - PCPartPicker It is $140 but it is one of the best performers for the noise on the market and IMO looks quite good (I quite like the pump) but it is subjective

Yeah  $140 is pretty decent for the best 360 AIO around

Below that price you can only get okayish ones at best

I have a THermalright 360. It is awesome, and it is quiet. I would put it up against any other AIO. Guys were not matching my temps, even remotely.

However, I haven't seen many complaints about Enermax so they could be a nice one to go for

What? Why did you lump TR with TT? My TR Frozen Notte 360 is doing an admirable job.

I agree about DC's LT/LS AIOs, but the OP will probably need an offset mount, right?

I have 3 Enermaxes but haven't tried them yet. They should be acceptable.

You always want powerful fans on the radiator. Use the LLs as exhaust if you must, but use good fans on the rad. High SP is important.

Trinity or Trinity Performance? The latter is better, but both are good. The LE is a nerfed version of the LS/LT. The H150i is very good but overpriced and loud. The Link isn't special but not bad.

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

Put it this way - when I torture test it, the fans are loud, the pump isn't. When I use it normally, it's pretty quiet. 😉

Also, I have mine on the floor 2 feet away on a wooden platform above the carpeting. Some of them have it a foot away on their desks with nothing but hard, flat surfaces to reflect all the noise. Subjective, no?
