PLEASE HELP PC UNDER PREFORMING

i built a new pc a with a 4070 ti and a ryzen 5 7600 and it's just not as fast as other system with the same specs idk what to do idk if this is important but i have windows 11

How do you know its not as fast as other PC's with the same spec?
What have you meassured and what have you compared against?

Be specific.

And you know they are running EXACTLY the same settings that you are?  Same in game settings, same resolution etc ?

Give us something to work with.  Give us your average FPS in a game that someone on youtube with exactly the same hardware and ingame settings are getting higher FPS.

Monitor plugged into the GPU and not the motherboard?

Latest GPU drivers and Chipset drivers? Latest Bios?

 

Can you post a 3DMark score and a Cinebench 2024 score?

Are you running your RAM in dual channel, and do you have the equivalent of XMP enabled so the RAM is running at its fastest speed?

Im willing to bet its something simple. What settings are you playing at and also check your temps. Does it play well for a little bit then suddenly get laggy? Or is it constant.

well all the videos i see benchmarking my gpu on pubg are getting 200+ fps i'm sitting at 80 fps at ultra

ok i ran time spy and the results were average is there any reason why my pc whould be fine in time spy but not in games?

How is your CPU and GPU usage in game?

Is that the only game you've tried?

in fallout the usage is way off gpu at 50% cpu at 20% but in pubg my gpu sits at 96% and the avg fps is around 80-100

How are temps on CPU and GPU?

Are you getting stutters in either game? 

What are the settings for each?

Have you updated your chipset and bios?
