[UK] Building a budget gaming/streaming PC

Budget (including currency): max GBP 1000, but cheaper is always better (peripherals not included)

Country: UK

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: mainly Streaming, FFXIV and Honkai Star Rail. Might also do games like Palworld, BG3, some AAA, etc. I rarely play on higher settings, since I don't like overloading the PC.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

- Updating from a laptop, but I don't need it to be a laptop anymore.

- Resolution/RR: stable 1080/60fps. More is always better, but not necessary.

- When to buy: soon, but could wait for sales if buying new(?)

- I'm upgrading from an MSI GE63 raider RGB 8RE (i7-8750H, GTX1060, 16GB, 1TB SSD).

-The laptop is working fine, but I need to keep the Turbo Colling on while playing or it throttles hard. With it on it runs exactly like I need it to, but it is very noisy.

- Recommendations on good value peripherals are welcome, but not included in the budget.

I am happy so far with my laptop's performance, but it is time for an upgrade. I was thinking of copying the specs and finding whatever is next-gen to that, but scouring the web, I have seen so many mixed reviews on parts performance and prices, the likes of "RTX 30## is best value 2nd hand, but RT 6###/7### is 5% faster for same price new; but NVIDIA is best for streaming, although Radeon got more RAM..."

I am sorry to bother you guys with an issue that should be easy to figure out, but I have been out of the loop for about 10 years, and I am quite lost now.

Thank you in advance for any support!
