Microsoft Store will not download/update apps.

Hi, have been using my google-fu to try and figure out the source of the issue, but from what I have found the solution of reset store and resign it did not resolve the issue. Trying to google the code 0x80070002 did not yield any good results on figuring out what is the issue with the store, all solutions were not effective. Writing here with hope someone else encountered such behavior, if I use a website to *.Msixbundle file and install that works, but it does not work for games. 

 

* Windows updates work normally without issues.
