BOINC and Folding@Home - permanent high priority task setting

Every time a new job starts in BOINC and/or Folding@home, they change back to low priority in task manager, even if you've manually set the process to high. Is there a way to make them always run at high priority from within the software, without resorting to editing regedit or changing it other places in Windows?
