Which durable and effective car windshield sun cover do you use?

I have a silver one I got ages ago from Walmart or Target. No idea what brand it is, but it looks like a silver bubble mailer or roll of Reflectix insulation.

 

I've tried the thin silver ones, they don't last.

Pros:

✅ Covers entire windshield

✅ "Eco friendly" if you care about the environment and all that

✅ Got it for free, can't get more affordable than that

✅ Insulating properties, blocks sunlight, heat and (some) water

✅ Hard material won't bend and fall over your seats 5 minutes after you leave

✅ Lasts forever, can be patched with simple tape

✅ No branding logos or ads printed

✅ Warns potential thieves there's nothing of value inside my FIAT

 

Cons:

❌ none??

You forgot to add...

✅ Rock chip in windshield may cause magnifying glass effect resulting in cardboard catching fire and burning your vehicle to the ground. 🤣
