i have a pc with a asus idkmotherboard and it has 3 orange lights and does not post and all things plugged into usb does not work

Telling us that it is an Asus mobo won't get you very far because there is a mountain of different Asus mobo's.  Need more information than that.  How about the model for starters?  Tbh, would need a complete list of system components for us to get a better picture of the system along with what you planned on doing with it.  I mean is it something that you're going to use to program the next Delta V rocket or is it something that you're going to use to play Fortnite?
