Need bit more information. When does error occur? What does error message say (if you get one)? Specs, temps, oc if any.

Nothing is OC 2 times i had blue screen but dont know the code, and I dont know is GPU or ram, sorry for late reply

I can't really help unless I get those error codes. As you said, it can be either one. You can check ram with Memtest86. Have it running 6-12 hours. For me this looks like either overheating GPU, driver error or just dying hardware. But its really hard to tell which one.
