Ubuntu 24.04 beta & gnome tweaks / user x themes bug

is it just me or under 24.04 beta gnome tweaks no-longer has gnome shell theme option
just legacy , icon , an cursors why is this , also user x themes extension is bugged and doesn’t work
has anyone else noticed this an is ther a fix ?
