Help with Boot Bios light?

what model motherboard is this?

 

it likely means it doesnt see a drive to boot from though. Either none are hooked up, or those that are have issues/no OS installed.

There is an OS and it ran fine

yeah the light indicates a storage issue of some sort according to the manual. I would try removing anything that isnt the boot drive and see if it boots. If nothing changes there, i would start removing ram sticks and doing the general troubleshooting steps for a machine that wont boot
