Fan/RGB Control for Linux Pop! OS

I've been having trouble figuring out a way to control my Lian Li UNI FAN SL INF 120 rgb Fans with ether LiquidCTL or fancontrol on my OS. I need it to work with the hub the fans came with. I also need it to work with the cpu cooler fan witch is not connected to the Lian Li fan hub. I haven't found an easy to comprehend way to do any of this.
