Which laptop would you advise for gaming?

I have recently stumbled on some deals on HP's store and they are as follows (check images), I don't know if they're efficient for current and next gaming titles and also their durability(temperature and long term usage) but your advice will be very helpful, if there other laptops which can be within the range of price and performance I'm open to suggestions, thank you.

Note: I would be gaming at mid/high settings either 1080 or 1440, whatever the device supports.

Aside from performance, any idea about temp and durability? Also do you have other suggestions within the same range of prices and performance?

All of these laptops run HOT however since the ryzen cpu is more efficient it should stay in thermal limits. The little review stuff I found had it within thermal limits. The intel ones did not and performance suffered.

The ryzen 9 + 4070 is by dar the best choice here.

These are al 1080p gaming laptops keep in mind its a mobile 4070 entirelt different card than a desktop 4070. Performance is at best 4060 desktop level.

The screens on these is just ok nothing great color wise, speakers kinda suck, build quality is alright just take care of it.

And as with any hp laptop the first thing ya should do after seeing it works is REINSTALL WINDOWS!! their install is so full of crapware DO NOT install anything hp except the audio and touchpad driver if needed. It causes worse performance and usability of the device.

Thank you for your response, sounds like HP went downhill, I owned a Probook and it still works without issues, it just got old. Do you have any recommendations for alternatives from other brands within the same performance and price tag?
