windows 11 popped up blue screen in middle of no where

 so i was plazing with my  friends some roleplay and we were on discord  talking and idk if the rtc is something to do with it but i cant talk and then when i tried to restart the discord it popped up a blue screen and these messages that are attachted to this and idk dont know what to do should i allow it or idk thx for reply

Edit:i forgot to type in if anyone helps that i installed fans i gave them the pwc and the the gpu is not spinning
