Reverse Video Search?

Does any one of you guys know a tool to reliably reverse video search? Using screenshots with google image reverse search doesnt work. I cant find anything online. Its a couple gifs and webms as well.

I don't know of a reverse search that natively does video (mp4 or the like).  I normally use the site IMGOPS.COM for searching still images (jpg,png).  It hits all the major reverse sites.  The google search used to work with motion gif images.  You should just be able to upload the entire gif and it will pull the preview frame and search it for you, well at least it used to, I don't have a way to test it from work to be sure it still does.
