Need help to Fix error installing Nvidia Driver

Hello 

 

I need help. I find this error when I tried to update nvidia driver 

can you help to solve this ? I cannot update using driver.exe and from nvidia app

I fixed it by restore to previous date. However, right now I cannot open windows explorer. Task bar just disappear and reappear with out windows explorer open. 

Do you know how to fix it? Should I reinstall windows ?

I am using Windows 11 X64
