Do you think these fans acting as intake are actually helping?

There's two 120mm in the front grill, sending air backwards, but none sending upward due to lack of space (I can't even place below the grill because it will collide with PSU).

Should I keep/rearrange or remove these 3 close to the panel?

at least it is pumping colder air in 2 sides and pumping out the hot air the other way it should be fine !!!
