All windows and application crashing

Hello guys,

 

I'm not a native english speaker so please forgive any mistakes that I can do. My computer is sometimes crashing like once a day where all the computer freeze, I can only move my mouse but everything is freezed and chrome does a 0xe0000008 error. I suspect a ram or memory issue. 

My config is :

 

Ryzen 5600X

16GB ddr4 fury 3200mhz 

RTX 3060 MSI

MSI b550 motherboard

be quiet! System Power B9 700 Watt (80+)

 

I did the Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool and nothing showed up.

If anyone has an idea, please share it with me.

That is ram try reseating ram and CPU and test all dimm slots

In my BIOS the ram where limited to 2400mhz, I just put it back to 3200 and hope it will work thanks for the answer anyway.
