Fps low

My fps on any game is around 10 fps. I have a 1650 and a ryzon 5 1600. My thermals are all normal around 35 degrees for my cpu and 50 degrees for my gpu. I ran a virus scan and it came back normal with 0 viruses and task manager wont show anything. When im using watching netflix or anything like that it works normal. All my drivers up to date same with my windows updates. If anyone could help that would be awsome.

Mostly Minecraft, Nascar heat 5 and fortnite.
