The error code can point to a driver issue, does the system bluescreen when booting from the USB drive or the SSD?

English is not my first language, so please excuse any confusion or misunderstandings on my end, also I like to edit my posts a lot.

Is the old SSD still in the system? If so, disconnect it before trying again. If you want to access something on it, reconnect it after you've installed Windows on the new SSD.

Did you try making USB the first item in the boot order?

I see the error on screen is IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL. If there's no Windows other than on the USB the computer can access, and the USB turns out to be fine, it might be a memory error.

Is the memory currently overclocked?
