Upgrading GTX 1650 Super

Hey guys, just wanted ask some suggestions about upgrading GPU.

The GPU I currently have is GTX 1650 super as the title mentioned, but I wanted to know which GPU are good for the upgrade. I used my PC for playing game mostly fyi. Specifically I wanted to run cyberpunk 2077 at 1440p in its best. But I'm on a budget, y'all can just suggest any GPU even if it's expensive. I just want to see you guys suggestions. My budget is around 500$-700$

Motherboard: Asus Prime B550M-A

 

RAM: DDR 4 16GB

 

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x

 

GPU: GTX 1650 Super

 

PSU: 750W power supply

At that price range you're probably looking at the 4070 super or the 7900 XT. Given your power supply, a 4070 super may fit better into your use case (~220W tdp), and will be at the lower end of your budget* meanwhile the 7900 XT will be faster but at ~315W tdp it may push your PSU a little hard. If you're fine with upgrading your PSU as well, it will give you more performance, but that would probably push you over your budget, as the 7900 XT is already at the top of the $500-700 range.* For a little less than the 4070 super, the 7800 XT exists. The 4070 super is better and offers more features, but that doesn't make the 7800 XT a bad deal necessarily. If you stretched your budget to ~$800 before taxes, the 4070 ti is also pretty good, though it has a 285W tdp. I would probably rank them as follows:

 

1. 4070 ti (non-super)\
2. 7900 XT
3. 4070 super
4. 7800 XT
