Tell PC specs. Is it low-end? You should try booting into safe mode through msconfig.

I just did a clean boot instead but everything seems to be ok this time

My PC has suddenly started to reboot every time I boot up Windows.

It was fine  until now, but when I switch it on, it appears to be laggy and reboots.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: CPU temps are currently about 40 degrees. Max 67 degrees.

Edit 2: Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool is clean.

Edit 3: Ran CHKDSK, found no problems.

What do you mean by reboot? Like you go into Windows and suddenly the restarting dialog pops up?

It's after Windows has started, it's okay for a sec, then it lags, then it goes black, and I see the screen will say "restarting" or something like a loading circle- that type of thing
