I finished my new gaming pc and after going threw the windows instalation process I got a black screen.

When I restart my pc I can get back in the bios and retry to install windows but I did that several times and the problem wont go away.

my pc is also doing weird stuff during the instalation process like: some times crashing,  doing black screens for 5-10 seconds, or also readjusting the resolution of the screen.

here are the specs of my pc:

ASUS TUF B550-gaming wifi II (used)

TUF GAMING RTX 3060 Ti (used)

ryzen 5 5600 (used)

Corsair 650w PSU (new)

1 Tb WD SN580 (new)

AMD cpu cooler (used)

kingston furry 2x8 3200mhz DDR4 ram (used)

king 95 PRO case (new)

PS: my pc fans are also not spinning (don't know why)

CPU cooler is?

Is XMP disabled or enabled?

Did you see any of this used stuff working before you buy?

my cpu cooler is working normaly and my gpu fans too, only the case fans are not working

XMP is disabeld

I bought the used stuff online (digitec.ch) so I coudn't verify by my self that everything works

(every used items still have a warranty)

Do you think it could be a motherboard issue ?

Because that is what I think could be the issue.

I can't say, from your description of the problem it could be anything.

Since you are experiencing black screens, I'd check the display and power cables first and try a spare graphics card, if you have one.

When it crashes, what happens exactly?

So basicly, sometimes it simply restarts it self, and sometimes it just goes into a infinite black screen, but when it does that, the screen is still on, so it isn't like a screen issue.

(I just fixed my issue with the pc fans by the way!(I forgot to plug in the SATA connectors XD)

So I'm almost sure that it is a hardware issue because I searched almost everything on the internet but didn't find any solution.

Do you have an idea of what the problem could be or witch hardware is causing the issue?

No, not anything different than what I already suggested.

Black screens are something visual, so that's why I said try a different set of power/display cables and/or a spare graphics card.
