Sync tabs, advanced

So we all know in chrome etc you can sync tabs. But here you have to manually open the tabs each time. And opening them does not organize them in the same groups. With a lot of tabs this is kinda f'ed up.
To optimize my workflow I'm l looking for a way to really sync my tabs, including the groups i organize them in.
Basically on my desktop I open some tabs with site x y and z.
I grab my laptop to head out, open up chrome at work and my tabs x y and z are just there as if I'm still on my desktop chrome.

Does anyone know of an extension or setting to enable this functionality?

Ps:
How do i disable chrome automatically closing duplicate tabs? They are not even duplicate. I have xyz.com/about and xyz.com/services and it closes them for being duplicate??
