So after asking here about suggestions for a PC build, I finally did it. I regret everything. I was able to get it to post and get into the bios and update to F4b. Everything seemed ok until it came to installing windows and the drivers. I install windows using the creation tool. I had no ethernet connection so I went with th \oobe passby method I saw on youtube. That worked now I needed drivers for mobo and gpu. This is where it went downhill. Downloaded the drivers for the b650 gaming ax v2 motherboard and the driver radeon driver for my 7900xt on to a usb from my laptop. inserted it into my pc and went through one by one. Now when I restarted the pc I was expecting to have wifi to be ready to go.  But nope nothing. Saw that the chipset wasnt downloaded so I downloaded but my pc got stuck on the spinning wheel. So i restarted and still no wifi. Now I don't know if any drivers work. I have no idea if my gpu drver is good. I am lost and frustrated. Please help me. I have a 7800x3dx on a gigabyte b650 gaming ax v2 mobo.

At least back when I built a system with that board a few months ago, Gigabyte put the wrong network driver on the product page. It might've been fixed now, but just to be safe download the driver from Realtek/AMD directly instead depending on the board revision you got.

OK, I know that. Try downloading from someone else, because Gigabyte has been known to on that exact product page put an incompatible driver that won't work.

Sorry still very new to this. I went to aorus site but no good.

Try one of these two drivers to see if that fixes it.

The driver provided by Gigabyte might just be broken.
