3rd party gaming laptop chargers without ground and screen flickering

My y50-70s original charger broke years ago.

The original charger was 90-135w(manual said both but manual is for many models, website said 135w), 20v CC out, 100-240v 50-60hz CA in.

I have been using a Blackwebs charger that is 90w, 19v 4.74a out, 100-240v 2.5a 50/60hz in for years.

The blackwebs charger does not have a ground like the original charger did.

Ive heard using 2 prong cord on 3 prong device is very bad and replacing it might fix my flickering issue and protect laptop/myself.

 

My y50-70 suffers from the screen flickering grounding issue, could this be partially caused by this charger?

If so what do I need for a new charger, and does it have to be official?
