My Bluetooth does not work properly

Since I use I Bluetooth stick i think it counts as a peripheral, but my Bluetooth stick a TP-Link UB500 V1 doesnt work properly, in the Windows settings it always says driver error, I've tried reinstalling the driver, it didnt work, then to really reinstall I reseted my pc, still didnt work, im not entirely sure but is it possible it doesnt work because of the m.2 Wifi card I installed?
