Gpu power cable not entering

I recently purchased an rtx 4070 super and can't put the 12 pin gpu cable all the way, even with extreme force... Is it normal?

Make sure its the correct way.  My 12pin goes in the other way ( Upside down )

Yes it is... also theres the hole for the tab at the top

Can you pull it out and take a picture of the connector on the GPU side without the cable attached.

You need to look inside the connector on the GPU side to ensure you weren’t crushing a pin.

You might have to wiggle it a bit to get it in. But you said you were using a lot of force so thats a bit strange.
Might was tight but not overly concerning.

No, it should be snug and you should hear a click.

After removing the gpu and using extreme force I managed to get it fully in, it may be cause by factory building problems

It came with an Asus Dual RTX 4070 Super. However It has NVIDIA branding on the cable and not any Asus branding, so it may be NVIDIA original. I managed to enter it after using extreme force, even tho I almost broke the card or motherboard...
