Rearrange monitors

Is there a way to rearrange monitors without going to display settings?

I got a new pc and monitor from my work to work on, but many things like display settings and Nvidia control panel are all blocked by the administrator. 

I want my displays to go from left to right, now it's currently from right to left.

Can you not ask the admin to move them for you?

If your work has an IT department, they should be able to remote into your PC to do this. (I had to do this for our users a few times, simple stuff).
But otherwise, I don't think there's any way to do this, without physically re-arranging them.

Processing my request towards the administration takes a while, So I thought maybe if you guys knew a way that would be much faster.

Wait, have you tried swapping the display cables? As in the ends that plugs into the pc.
