gpu gitters while watching videos

I have noticed that my video flickers while watching videos or movies for about a week now. I have a nvidia 3050 for my pc and it is doing that only while watching YouTube or videos but not while playing games. I have updated my drivers and windows but i dont it hasnt got fixed and i dont know what else to do. can annyone help me?

Did you ever happen to turn on the RTX video up-scaling feature? "RTX super resolution" I think it's called.

rtx super resolution can cause this on low end rtx cards with high res video.
