Mainly for gaming, a lot of dota, single player games like elden, cities skylines, cyberpunk, baldurs.

Currently have a 24' 1080p 120hz monitor, will be planning to upgrade later on.

Have a 2TB SSD can be reused.

An ethernet cable would be nice if have no wifi.

Will need a case

Prefer to buy at the best market price time.

Practically perfect in every conceivable way: good cpu good gpu 32gb of ram. Onyl drawback is using the stock cooler. If you buy used you can get better parts

Tried finding these on the local store, without the case and video card is Sapphire Pulse, price come around 1100 USD+, cannot find any used parts either, any suggestions to cut down some cost?

Different psu, different mobo. As long as it’s tax any mobo should be fine, and most mATX ones will be fine too
