I don't see an "error".

 

The note usually appears for CPU coolers that were on the market before a new socket comes out. The rationale is that stock without the necessary bracket may still be in distribution.

 

It's not a serious concern given that LGA 1700 was released at the end of 2021.

 

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
