I make a plea to you smart techy people to help an old gal out. I have tried googling the issue but I cant seem to find anything that I could understand enough.

I wanna say the issue started around mid Jan 2024, I am having issues with the network adapter on my laptop.

I will be doing whatever I do online and all of the sudden my wifi will drop and chrome will give me a "your connection was interrupted" message, and then no page will load giving that error or similar error.

i would run the troubleshooter and 50/50 it would just restart the adapter or it wouldn't find any errors at all, and restarting the adapter would give a 90% chance of not even fixing the actual issue.
I have updated the driver, rolled back the driver, did a system restore from Dec 2023 and not accepting any updates and still having this issue. (I have since done updates since rolling back didnt help)

Driver is currently version 22.230.0.8 which was last updated: 5/9/2023.

Here is a Speccy snapshot of my info

The adapter is a Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz. My laptop is Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 GA401QM 2021 from Best buy. (model number GA401QM-211.ZG14)
Running Windows 10 Home x64, Version 10.0.19045 build 19045; Processor is AMD Ryzen 9 5900HS.

The Asus system diagnosis has give this as a suggestion
"Your device is connected with Bluetooth equipment, which may affect your Wi-Fi performance. Please switch your router band to 5GHz/6GHz."
i did this by going into device manager > properties > advanced and switching the preferred band to 5GHz.

The event log gives these two errors. I also stuck the errors in a spoiler tag so it doesnt stretch the post too much.

The router and modem hasn't changed since Aug 2023 but we have Spectrum (yes i know its trash but its what is available in my area)
I had bought a new router and modem but they refused to let me use them so I am stuck with their trash
Router is a Spectrum Wi-Fi 6 Router Model SAX1V1K
modem is a Spectrum DOCSIS 3.1 Modem Model EN2251

Other oddities:

I can switch from my home wi-fi network to my phone's hot spot and 80% of the time the internet will work.

Speaking of mobile; I cant connect to one of my mobile games while connected to my wi-fi network  but it will load fine on mobile data. It refuses to connect to the game server.

I have to completely restart my laptop for the internet to work again.
No one else in my household is having an issue that I am aware of. I have asked many times. There are 3 other people with multiple phones, smart tvs and one other computer that is only loaded to pay bills once a month.

Please let me know if I need to give even more info. This is driving me mad as I like to stream drawing my artwork and the downtime is random so I cant even track to try to tell what's going on.
