Depends on what your use case/expectations are. E.g. is it purely for gaming? Is it for content consumption? Do you actually expect it to perform well for HDR content, etc.

You don't need 144 Hz, let alone 270 Hz for that. 27 inch 1440p is fine, but you might actually get more use out of a bigger size and higher resolution for that use case. Likewise HDR (even if it's just HDR 400, which is not actually HDR), is not something you'll realistically need.
