Slideshow software *nevermind

What is the best way to make a slideshow?  I have to make one for my grandma as well as my uncles funeral.  Output to a video would be best

 

I have Davinci resolve, does it have a function or that?

 

Sorry or not doing the research myself, just a little out of it.

 

*edit: davinci resolve does a great job
