ram usage doesnt looks very good for idle, 50% on idle with just couple of apps, i think you just need to disable some not needed startup programs

press window key and type in "startup" and then you choose first option and you basically disable apps which are not needed (idk if it will solve it, but it atleast will speed loading up)

what you see in taskbar are the startups nothing else.A friend also has the same ram usage and the games i run run better on his pc even tough he has integrated gpu ryzen 5 5600g at least now since before it was the other way around.

vega 7 and a faster cpu, also probably has 16gb of ram instead of 8gb, 8gb just isnt enough nowdays

Nope he has 8gb,but still the drop im my performance is pretty big.

just 5600g is way more powerful than 3470 and vega 7 is a lil bit faster, also i am not sure if anyone of you two are running memory in dual channel mode for best performance

Exactly,i think the best option at this point is to make a backup at all important files and get w new fresh system and some thermal paste change.

ah yes, thermal throttling, i forgot about that

for example: if your system has stock intel box cooler and only 1 fan gpu, changing thermal paste is gonna do difference

but if you have an aio on i3 and 3 fan low power gpu (like i do) you may not need to change thermal paste that often

The thing is that the gpu runs cooler than it was a week after I bought the pc. The processor on the other hand runs a little warmer than before. But in general the pc runs a little cooler since I changed the old psu that was overheating.
