Pc wifi not working

My pc is connected to wifi.. but isnt connected to wifi if that makes sense. The settings show everything is working fine but im getting no internet for everything. I feel like ive tried everything but nothing works.

Is this a laptop or desktop?

When did this problem begin? Did it work before?

It worked for a while on wireless internet, and randomly stopped recently
