Any idea why asus Rog 5s just died??

So I have this Rog 5s that started experiencing wifi issues( wifi not turning on and wifi hotspot showing error) on 14th feb 2024 1:30pm ist after a software update, I go to the service centre 16th Feb 2024 and they tell me to change the motherboard cuz it's 5 months out of warranty, fine I thought I could just continue with without wifi, 4 days later 20th Feb 11:30 pm, the phone dies and doesn't start back up no matter what I try, I go to asus escalation support after this to which they also tell me to change the motherboard and offer me a 30% discount, I contacted them on 2 seperate occasions with the same outcome. The service centre told me they couldn't assure me that it would fix this issue even after replacement??? Isn't this outrageous??

So I decide to compile a document with reports of this issue on their forum zentalk, and what I found was just plain sad, so I scrolled through around 30 pages of their Rog 5s subdiv and found more than 100 instances of this issue, I was pretty shocked, if I go through all the 255 pages I'd find someone much more + other forums where this issue is posted.

Is asus just turning a blind eye to this issue cuz I do see recent posts about this as well??

I'll attach the file that I compiled below

I have no clue what to do now any ideas?? I'm not paying for a motherboard replacement which is 95% the phone's original cost without an assurance that the issue won't return.rog 5s zentalk evidence.pdf <---file

Please tell me what to do with this device. I do own so many other devices which have never experienced such issues, it can't be because of its age either , it's almost the same age as the s21 ultra which I use as my daily driver and I still own my first ever smartphone, the Nexus 4 (works with a charger plugged in) and it can't be due to heating either I've been playing genshin on the iPhone x for quite a while which still works although it heats up alot, so I just don't get why their so called premium phone dies 1 year 5 months after purchase.

Please correct me if I'm wrong somewhere, I'm still a highschool student ( O_o )

It's 1 year 5 months old,so out of warranty .I updated to Android 13 before experiencing these issues. Although it's out of warranty asus should acknowledge the number of phones that have this issue, its covered by so many articles and offer some sort of fix
