You mean you made a usb windows installer ?

Turning your thumbdrive into a USB bootable media usually consist of formatting the drive first.

So those files are gone.

If you want files back you can certainly try although it will take time and chances is pretty low.

 

Program called Recuva can try recover your files.

 

Its possible that you will be wasting time.

I'm jank tinkerer if it works then it works.
