Last month or so I've noticed frame drops/stutters while gaming (all games), at first I didn't think much of them but they seemed to get worse over time. So I began some basic troubleshooting (DDU, validating game files, cleaning out cache) no change. Then I reset my windows, updated my BOIS and reseated all my PSU connections just in the hope it would magically fix the issue but it still persists. I've done every basic step I could think of the flesh out a problem but I can't seem to find anything. I'm I right to assume there's something physically wrong hardware wise?

The issue; Large stutters in game. For eg I can easily run games like rocket league-Fortnite-kovaaks at 360fps 1080p low settings with no thermal problems and have done since building my pc mid last year however last month or so I get massive screen freezes that can last almost a second then it goes back to 360fps.

EDIT; it happens on any fps setting it could be set at 120fps and still get freezesDxDiag.txt

What are your temps under load and at idle? According to your HWInfo screenshot your CPU is thermal throttling and overheating. Does it hit 100c at idle? Or Gaming? If you have a decent cooler it shouldn't be close to 100c in either. If you are running a max load stress test or synthetic test that would make more sense.

If you could please clarify what was causing it to hit 100c. That would be helpful.
