How is Tera?

How is Tera?  I've spent a little bit of time reading reviews and watching videos, the game looks promising, but I would like some input from my peers.

 

I am a long time MMO fan, I played Everquest and Everquest II back in the day, and I really liked those games.  I didn't care for WoW or ESO.

 

Where does this game fall?  The skill based combat looks really enticing.  Some of the items that I have seen look interesting, and make you crave getting better gear. I really like how there are bonuses for attacking from behind, proc effects that aren't bland, or combo attacks that make you really think and plan out your strategy.

 

How much of a grind is the game?  Is the max level still 60?  Are there constant updates to the game such as higher level caps and new content?  Is the game maintained well with fresh content added regularly?  Is there high end PvE raiding?

Combat is awesome but with a mod you can have guild wars 2 ( an overall better game) have the same combat.

Story is a big MEH.

PVE ain't original.

 

Open World PVP on select servers.
