Trying to put files in a different folder error comes up

I was working recently and I have this recurring error each time when I try to add files to different folders. It tells me that file name is tool long. I need it to be long for my work. Is there a fix around for this?

Most likely onedrive that doesn't like it. Try it offline and see if it works. If not change folder structure to accommodate for Onedrive

I need the folder structure like that as it is required by my work guidelines

Test if it works outside of onedrive or test with another folder structure (to test if it works at all)
