PC freezing on BOOT

Hello,

 

I've been having an issue that my PC keeps restarting and not being able to boot windows from the M.2 or boot windows installer from the USB.

 

Whenever it starts booting it restarts the PC and then after the restart the boot freezes, or it starts repairing and ends with the BSOD.

 

PC Specs are in the picture along with a video of the issue.

May be a cooling issue... I herd that pc systems will halt the boot process and bluescreen if a cooling issue happens

All fans work and the temps are normal when checked through BIOS.

Is it an ssd issue?

SSD works fine in the other computer, it won't even boot a windows installer USB.

Take the side panel off and make sure everything's assembled properly. There might be a loose or faulty cable

You may just need to wiipe windows and plug a usb drive into the motherboard with a windows media on it

I cannot use a USB windows media installer since it cannot get past the motherboard logo. I've tried that already

Try switching the boot order in BIOS.

Doing this will tell the bios to try and boot of the the usb stick

I did do it that way and I also directly booted the usb through advanced settings but that is not the problem.

 

The problem is that whenever it attemps to boot past bios it will forever stay in the screen provided with the pictures.

It may be a hardware issue...
