Legit?

Hi! Does anyone know if this website is legit and can be trusted. Seems like the figures they sell are genuine and brand new but there are some questionable points on their FAQ. Can you tell me what you think? Should I order? They have a really good deal on my figure that I want to buy. So I am not sure.

Which points are questionable? I gave quick read and only striking thing is bit broken English. Which is easily explained with Google translate and/or in-house translation. Like I got similar broken English from Spanish sporting goods store when I complained that their order form had issues that prevented my order.

I don't know they seem fine I think I am going to order from them. I was a bit sketched out by the fact that the box might have scratches or dents from quality check since that seemed odd. But other than that they seem great.

Ok, that's probably something to consider. As they are moving small amounts over long distance vs ordering from someone with warehouse in your country.
