Hey everyone. We’re back with another weekly follow-up regarding some of the things posted in the complaint forum over the past week. It was another lighter one, but we still want to ensure we’re touching base when we can.

Epomaker
On January 27th some concerns about Epomaker were brought to our attention. We have since reached out to them for comment. We are currently in talks about an action plan to shore up some pain points the mechanical keyboard community has with the brand, and are keeping a close eye on the progress before proceeding with any further sponsorships.

There was an issue regarding Epomaker's Reddit accounts being banned on multiple Subreddits, and they are aware that some of the practices they employed were received negatively by the community. They have since created a new, official account that focuses on providing support.

When it comes to customer service, they have tripled their support and are working on revamping their warranty process to be more comprehensive and customer focused.

From our conversations with them, it seems that they are fully on board with changing and addressing the issues we have raised, but, again, we are going to be keeping a close eye on their efforts in the near future before considering another partnership

Backblaze
Someone on the forum brought up some concerns regarding the customer support from Backblaze and their drive backups not showing up. Just want to let you know we’ve seen this, and we’ll flag this to our contacts.

SolidWorks
There was a post earlier today about someone who purchased a Solidworks membership and still doesn’t have access to the service. Currently, there are no active conversations with Solidworks, but we can see about flagging this and try to get more information, or perhaps find someone who can assist.
