Budget (including currency): 2500 pln

Country: poland

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: gaming

Other details current build is r3 3200g, no gpu, 8 gigs of ram oc'd to 3200mhz, msi a320m-a pro m.2, 256 gb ssd

i had a bit of a think and thought up of upgrading my current pc instead of building a new one
the upgrades would be a ryzen 5 3600, sapphire pulse rx 5700 xt, msi mag bn 550w 80+ bronze psu to upgrade from my IED of a power solution, 16 gigs of 3200mhz cl16 ram.

deducted the costs of peripherals upgrade (700pln), wanted to know how much would the pcie 3 ryzen would bottleneck the pcie 4 rx 5700 xt, and whether i could get anything better for the money.

damn my dude, that's a hell of a situation.
I'd honestly recommend saving for a 750W reputable PSU, a 1TB SSD, a potentially used kit of 2x8GB 3600Hz RAM, a definitely used 5600X, and whatever used GPU you can get your hands on.
Sorry if I'm way out of line here.

i just checked and my motherboard is revision 1.1 and the op mentions having a v2 model, didn't check the bios version yet but i did perform a bios update around late 2023

so i could fit a 5600x in the budget but with picking a b550 motherboard because i don't want to take a risk with the cpu not being supported at all, the rx 5700 xt stayed, i'll try to look for a rx 6700

found a arctic extreme rx 6700 non xt for 900 pln, which given all of the changes adds up to around 2400 pln.
