Windows 10 Pro - Sleep option doesn't even exist?!

Very odd.

 

It should at least be under the advanced settings for Power Options in the Control Panel. You should be able to search "Power" in the Control Panel and then select "Change Plan Settings" for your currently selected power setting. Then "Change Advanced Power Settings."

I went there, and only hibernate shows up, not even sleep

is this a company owned device (managed at all? or domain joined?) or is this your own device? what device is it?

Have you checked the BIOS for the PC and looked for anything that would control this? I'm also assuming you have not done any testing with group policies on there yet, right?
